Re: ETEK -- can someone help me out here? As I understand the proposed buy-out, every share of ETEK will be worth 1.1 shares of JDSU. So why isn't ETEK trading at least at parity with JDSU, if not higher? Off hand it looks like you could buy JDSU today at a 20% discount by buying ETEK instead. What's wrong with my math? Thanks.
