I've never understood the generality that Gorillas don't fall as hard as other stocks or that they rise faster on the rebound.

I have thought about posting this same thought many times. I'm glad to see someone else feels the same way.

The problem I have with this argument is its relationship to the argument that the masses always undervalue gorillas because of a lack of understanding of the gorillas' true power. Are we to believe that the market suddenly has an epiphany about the gorillas when there is a correction (or a rebound)?
