Thread!

First, thanks to Mike for sharing details of the c.c.

I was able to call and record the entire c.c. on a speaker phone. I listened to it on my 1 1/2 hour drive home today from work. I think you have reported all the news fit to print!

I listened to the Q3 c.c. yesterday. Recall that Eli was attacked by some regarding the timing of the secondary. Today's call was much more upbeat, particularly as noted in the tone of the voices of the analysts who called in. Frankly, some seemed very surprised by the positive results.

It is safe to say that Q4 was an unbelievable recovery from the dismal outlook at Q3 when the impact of the quake was still not entirely certain and the secondary offering was in jeopardy (and therefore, perhaps, the timely finalization of the MOU with Toshiba).

By all accounts we greatly exceeded top line growth expectations. Also, EPS was at least 30% higher than anticipated and 5½ to 7½ above estimates. Additionally, at the time of the Q3 c.c. 2000 EPS was in predicted to be $1.15 and it is clear that this will need to be revised upward (along with intermediate-term price targets).

THANKS, ELI AND COMPANY FOR A MONSTER QUARTER!

Who are all of these people dumping this stock on the day of earnings?
