Trying to guess what will happen tomorrow or next week won't do you much good unless you are a daytrader. Look at the broader trends - selling PC's and telephone handsets is not a very profitable business these days, just like AMZN is a lousy model for making money on the Web. Look beyond the current conventional wisdom and find the companies that will enable the post-PC Internet devices and the companies that will provide the information services you will use there. Hint - they won't be the outdated stocks at the bottom of this thread. Or Dell. Maybe not even QCOM in a year or two. But don't tell our hosts; that would upset their entire pre-determined view of the universe, that wonderful model that keeps them perpetually behind the investing curve. Some day they will be as right about their Magic Five as other critics were of Warren Buffett's favorite picks.
