Does Fahnestock still cover Winstar? I don't believe you have posted any of their reports since before Q3'99 earnings announcement. They also do not appear on the list of firms covering Winstar which appears on the Winstar website. I never checked this list before, however, so therefore don't know if they ever showed up there.
