They have been very proactive in wanting to service the pent up demand in their markets for extended USB capabilities. They actually represent Icron's first purchase order for the initial products emerging from the development of ExtremeUSB. The product you see promoted on their website is the beginning of the evolution of the traditional KVM market to USB and does include Icron's technology as its core functionality which enables this transition to occur. In my opinion OEM's such as Gefen, ADStech signing on to be ICRON's partners are positive endorsement both for the potetial market and the technology. ADStech has always been one of the most innovative companies out there, they were the first to produce video to PC cards that allows you to watch tv on your monitor, now every major video card manufacturer like ATI and 3dfx has one. I have personally used some of the firewire products from ADS tech, they are very popular. As with all new ideas, the most innovative jump on board first, then the big guys will follow. I am sure it won't be long until the logitechs or microsofts will want to sign on as well. so don't let the short sightedness of some people deter you away from a great idea. Afterall, how many people were skeptical of microsoft or intel when there wasn't even a market for pcs?
