Charles, When I spoke with Dr. Watkins of KPI last November(?), I believe that he stated that KPI would assume an interest in the partnership and put up the money to get it fully functional. And that KPI has every interest in having the Charleston plant operational as the LP do. However, there is no guarantee that the processor will remain in Charleston. It may be moved to another location more convenient to its operation. Has that ever entered into you analysis? When KPI and GRNO finalize their agreement than I suspect the processor will be made operational again. Regards, Ron
