Maybe we should keep an eye on this stock, 1-800-Flowers to see how it will react to it's lock-out expiration. Thestreet.com posts a long list of stocks that this will happen to over the next few weeks. I'll try and post updates so we can see some reactions. I own PHCM at 117 and am a bit concerned...

"In the meantime, there is at least one expiring lockup you should be watching closely next week. Take a look at 1-800-Flowers.com (FLWS:Nasdaq - news). The lockup expires on Jan. 29, at which time approximately 38,642,325 shares become eligible for sale. This is a big chunk of stock, and represents a full 62% of the 61,621,677 shares outstanding. This has not been a pretty chart and I suspect it will only get worse."
