ecommerceman -- I am not so certain of AMTD at 17,,, today it dropped nearly 1/2 on better than avg vol while rumors of a buyout floated,, probably by a friend of mine and many others that would like out of AMTD real bad. It looks even worse as EGRP had a decent bit of recovery today. AMTD MAY have more downside yet-- the annual low is under 9,,,, tomorrow may give a better indication,, a buyout may be its only salvation for valuation in the short term. Of course should that happen it will pop much higher than EGRP... but then we may still be the first to go,,, which would you buy? Undervalued EGRP or just plain cheap AMTD with a lot less going for it? |
