Hi CC, << I also want to remind everyone that to qualify for the National Market (NASDAQ's Big Board) one of the things that they have to have is an average share price of $5 US / $7.50 CDN for a period of 45 days.>> I could have sworn that you were right about maintaining a $5 share price for 45 days, but as I read the requirements all it says (unless I missed it someplace) is that the Minimum Bid Price be $5. I don't see any requirements to maintain that level for 45 days prior to the listing. Have I missed it? Or, does the stock simply have to reach $5 at the time of the application? Regards, Barry
