Yorkton was one of three lead underwriters pursuant to NewKidCo predecessor Company, SoftQuad (TSE:SKI)(NASDAQ:SWEBF), IPO...it is possible that the original investors/officers of SoftQuad are selling given no real contact with the Company and lack of news and the volatility of the markets right now...lack of news would be a key reason and an opportunity for their new I/R firm Focus Partners to redistribute the shareholder base?...they could be behind the buy side and the fact on 400,000 shares the stock did not move from yesterday's close and actually closed up in Canada...news is imminent and [should] have some and long-term impact...again, this should be NewKidCo's turning point...
