Face it guys, PIII 800MHz is hard to do. You can tweak the transistors as much as you want and still can't get good distribution of 800MHz. I told you already. SPEED IS IN THE DESIGN. SPEED IS IN THE DESIGN. PIII IS NOT DESIGNED TO RUN THAT FAST.
