that you try to deflect the heat by engaging in personal attacks... I don't know Cindy Powell but will be sure to read her posts... I am long 45,000 shares of NVID bought in mid-year 1999, as a result of George's Pumping efforts... So does that make me a Short or a Basher because I am saying you're trying to make investors believe there is no problem with NVID and that the "E" situation will be resolved and the stock won't go to the PINK SHEETS...

IMO, you're a LIAR because unless NVID merges in the next 30 days with a reporting Company, IT WILL GO TO THE PINK SHEETS, no "ifs or but', just a fact of life ... If you believe otherwise, I'll get my attorney to draft a bet Agreement for $50,000 and you and I will deposit the money in escrow...
I repeat, NVID Management was NEGLIGENT in not causing an Audit and filing of the 10SB in a timely fashion... When the stock is in the PINKS and the investors start losing money, assuming the stock goes down, this matter of Negligence may well surface again...
I don't believe for one moment that your website, which is quite well done, BTW, and your HYPING contribution on this Board do not receive some form of compensation from NVID... But that's my opinion only, which I intend to forward SEC with a few samples of your posts and the URL for thorough investigation...
