How About Buying Anam with AMKR Stocks just like TSM buying the World Advanced Semiconductor in Taiwan recently? Is stock swap an option here? A little dilution. However, 25 Million shares of AMKR stocks will pay it all. With 150 million share outstanding, it is only 1/10 of the number for TSM (TSM has 1500 million shares outstanding. People seem to feel very comfortable with it).
