Hi Larry, am I reading you correctly? You're implying Capital Guardian, CIBC World Markets and Valence have organized and are executing a P&D right under our noses? That may be a logical interpretation of the facts themselves, but one would be acting quite irrationally to believe such a delusion is reality.
