ChinaSoft, Inc. has secured an exclusive distribution agreement with
CCSoft Technology Developing, Ltd. (formerly, Beijing Zhongruan Zhixun
Technology Developing Co.) to sell CCS IP LINK, their Voice Over IP
(VOIP) Phone Exchange System. This system is currently the only Voice
Over IP Solution authorized for use on the China Unicom Telecom
Network. Some of the largest customers of CCSoft include China
Unicom's Head Office and all of its Branch Offices, 21 Century Hotel
and the Gloria Plaza Hotel.
CCS IP LINK allows users to utilize the Internet to place and
receive telephone calls saving well over 70% in long distance charges
and expanding the services that telephone companies can provide. The
system interfaces with several of the most popular PBX systems
including Nortel (NYSE:NT), NEC (NYSE:NIPNY) and Toshiba and provides
real-time billing, and also supports prepaid telephone calling
platforms.
