Man I'am going to have to learn how to cut and paste!!. I E-mailed MR Alvardo with GTR
and just got a response back I will try and relay everything exact.
1-Grupo Tribasa increases its public works backlog by $28million dollars.
Mexico City Jan 18-2000 Grupo Tribasa a leader in infrasture development in mexico and Chile announced today that its subsidiary Triturados Basalticos Y derivados S.A.de C.V has been awarded a public works contract for the construction of a 20KM highway in Tulancingo, Hidalgo Mexico.
The project named Libramiento Tulancingo amounts to close to US28 Million dollars and will start at the end of this month requiring eight months for its completion.

2-In regards to the 60-day extenison term we received from Tribade93, let me inform you that we are considering to pay such amortization before Feburary 2 with the resources provided by the sale of the Champa-la ventra highway concession. At this moment we are just waiting for a federal authorization to complete that sale, so we are not looking for a another extension at this time.

In regards to the 2000 budget we expect more expense in the construction sector of the country, so we will be able to be awarded much more contracts than last year. Tribasa is focusing now on bidding more public works projects that do not require financing provided by the contractor, and that could represent better cash flow for the company.

Hope this helps !!!!!
