Thoughts on Ascom Transaction...

1) We won't know how much Kensington got until the SEC forms are filed. We don't know anything about Kensington, like whether they recently changed their name from Al's Flip Flop House.

2) Jeff Kessler @ LB just made his quota for the whole year. He helped cross this trade. He must have sold the IDX investment idea to WIB and Kensington or risk the possibility of upsetting two large institutional clients.

3) WIB's invrestment will make it easier for other instituitional investors, including pension funds, to buy IDX. I would NOT want to be short IDX anymore. We may see a short covering squeeze tomorrow if all goes right.

4) I still wish Motorola could have purchased even a couple hunndred thousand shares.
