Only mentioned it because the that is the uncompressed size of the photo as mentioned in the Nikon link. Awful big. I'm not sure what the compression ratio is on the Nikon but event if its 50%, thats a 5 MB file. If you have a 64 MB CF we're talking "12" pictures on the CF, maybe.

Ramp up to a 256 MB and you have 24 shots - more like the current roll of regular film.
