Interactive Telesis Becomes a Fully Reporting Company
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 2000--Interactive Telesis Inc. (OTCBB: TSIS), a leading provider of sophisticated, high-end interactive voice response (IVR) and automated speech recognition (ASR) services today announced that it has achieved fully reporting status with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the Security Act of 1934.
The company's Form 10-SB and latest 10-QSB can be accessed at the SEC Web site located at sec.gov by searching the EDGAR database. ITI's audited financial statements for the fiscal years ending July 31, 1999 and July 31, 1998 respectively are included in the form 10-SB.
