I forgot to mention point #5:

5.) Become listed on the NASDAQ exchange.

TSIS has now executed its first four points. The next milestone is NASDAQ listing. Doing so will require a higher share price. I'm confident they can do it because I've seen them execute the other poin of their busines plan.
