Re:..."We could be in North Carolina." As a refugee from the snow belt (NW Ohio) I will tell you this was a major snowstorm by any standards-about 15 inches here overnight Monday. It warmed to the mid-40s yesterday and the sunny skies began to melt some, which froze solid overnight. We didn't leave the house for 2 days, but I took my wife to work this AM and came into my office to check mail, etc. I have construction going on at 2 locations, so I will try to check them today. I have been sitting tight with my portfolio. A few good holdings (CSCO, INTC) make up for some laggards (CPQ, BAC) I keep hearing that financial stocks are on the upswing, but even with record earnings, BAC seems mired in the mud. billwot
