Also, what happens if the merger is not approved by USRX shareholders?

Anyone who thinks this is even REMOTELY possible is dreaming. The folks who made the deal (Cowell et al) simply have too many shares to vote against.

I am a trader and for the short term and trading this deal sucks, BUT in the long run I KNOW this deal is gonna bring me HUGE returns.

If Cowell is this adamant about the deal, then I have to ask myself why. Unless he totally lost it overnight, I have to believe he knows what he's doing.
Cowell is a HUGE shareholder. Maybe the largest single shareholder, I'm not sure. He HAS to be expecting this deal to make him richer than god in his "golden years".

We all need to start looking farther than the end of our noses and realize the positve implications of "the deal".
IMO, anyone buying at these levels will be amply rewarded in the future.

As a "trader" I look at 3-5 days. As an "investor", I'm looking at 3-5 YEARS.
