I agree... we can look to give some fault to the big power companies that own the city governments.. try building a windmill on the roof of your house to power your home, the city will issue you a violation of a municipal ordinance... the power companies won't allow competition of any sort... where I live, we have the trade winds off the ocean regularly, but can you imagine what would happen to me if I built a windmill on my roof? I remember some years ago the big hype about nuclear energy... the power companies petitioned the government for the licensing to build nuclear power plants with the promise of nearly free unlimited power for the whole world... well, now they have such plants and our electric bills still have risen over the past many years anyhow.....
