It appears now the BCE is trading about $6 higher than NT on the NYSE. NT used to trade upto $10 higher than BCE.

I think the cap that was put on the NT stock recently is now going to get lifted. The stories were out there weeks ago.

Now, i think NT will rise up to where it is supposed to trade.
At the same time, BCE should also do well.

IMHO, now is a great time to buy NT.
