Herb is a pimp for the shorts. Check out column weeks ago when he bagged on VLNC for past sins. Stock was around 10 then. His info was very dated. Today Vlnc is at 30. Shorts are not looking at accounting practices. They were looking at lost license last quarter and expected earning to crash. It didn't happen then and they are stuck now trying to kill this stock before current quarter is announced.
