I wonder if Jacobs wanted to set some mgmt stock option prices at lower levels???
could be, was rumored last September also

we are hours, or a day or two away from a possible short cover reflex rally toward 140... way too many smart folks shorted QCOM at 145-160 range... they see the support offered at 120, and will cover soon when lower prices just dont seem too likely

I see 140 as a wall of resistance, with 18day Moving Avg at 145... by the way, the 18MA is now leveling off... on the next downmove (like after seeing 140+/-), we might see a bearish MACD crossover... I am afraid such a bad crossover signal is not far off, like several days or a week

time to hedge belatedly at 138-145 range, if presented

to all who cannot tolerate TA fallibility, inability to forewarn of every single decline, predict every single turn, anticipate every single detail in the earnings report, expect every mishandled PR element in the concall, I apologize

still human after all these years, and very distracted by the end of my time here with my company (5 years), having to wrap up many things: documenting, training, final projects, saying goodbye, etc
