So it seems the question really becomes one of ..
a) underlying value of BCE and..
b) How much you think BCE's management will wisely execute using the 'new found' money that they hope to unlock through the spin off of NT.

Underlying value I can see... however.. If I was comparing NT management execution to BCE's.. I would rather put my money on NT ANYDAY. I have never seen or heard anything truly positive or inspirational about BCE's management. What is their vision, their plan (i.e. the "acquisitions" he alluded to)?

Would/are you going to keep the BCE shares and sell the NT?

Don't get me wrong. I am a NT stockholder and not a BCE stockholder so I have no stake.. either way.. in what BCE does. I believe it will impact NT only in the short term as nothing has fundamentally changed with NT.
