Steve, your thoughts on European/L.American internet access and services provider Via.Net Works (proposed ticker: VNWI). Set to IPO the week of 2/10. Also, the Formus IPO has been postponed a few times now. Does that usually signal that takeover talks are in stride? I have heard rumors that MCI is very interested in Formus. Your book is a great read. As always, thanks for your time. -Adam
