All : ERICY vs IDC :core patent dispute

IDC claim core patents for TDMA.

MOT disputed this and won a landmark case, that led to
Markham hearing. However, ERICY may not benefit from MOT's win,
as IDC patents have received affirmation. So ERICY has fight
IDC in the courts on it's own behalf.

I understand that a hearing is scheduled for March in Texas.

I would like to initiate a discussion regarding the validity of IDC's
claims. The import of an IDC win is obvious to all TDMA and GSM manufacturers.
