1/26 Merril upgrades Orbital. This firm is a joke! Their previous action on Orbital was the last downgrade the night before the day of lowest sale. Thank you, Merril! I made 80% on that little shenanigan! "Be bullish" my ass! More like "follow us and get your butt kicked in the market.
