CICI...inching up....took position at 6 1/2 earlier on the good ole average down theory (from mid 7's)....I was a little late on this one, so my core positioning is dead....what worries me with this one is how so many sellerss are (hopefully "were") eager to meet the bid the past few days.... EDIT: also took a position in William's EAST....
