IMHO, and I hope you believe I'm not trying to hype this stock, two times book, which is $40 is too low for this company in the event of a takeover.
It is indeed an "undiscovered gem", and the sum of its parts are worth well north of $40.
Conservative, quietly aggressive and extremely bright, but tight lipped (maybe too much so) management team.
