for the record, my pal at GS just flew the coop because of his megalomaniacal boss. according to him, in the weeks leading up to his departure, the boss made the secretary cry repeatedly, berated them for not working the day after x-mas, and was highly perturbed when junior boy on the totem pole left work at 9pm one night to spend an evening with his girlfriend (just in from Londontown). hence, the day after working there until 3am, he trashed the place.
