I do not know... but DELL stock price seems to be doing relatively well considering the magnitude of the miss. Listening to the CC it looks like MD and Meredith are admitting they did not manage the warning as well as they should have. Also, they are admitting that they underestimated the impact of Y2K and the delay in the Jan rebound. They are also admitting that the product transitions were very rough due component issues and caused them increased OPEX due to announcement of products that could not be delivered. The CC is a sign of healthy management. DELL's long range prospects are unchanged.
