That assumes a static situation (actually, if the Q's price remained static for six months, the option premiums would be even lower due to crushed volatility). One thing we know about the Q, though, is that she's not static. In other words, QCOM could easily be at 150 a month from now (heck, it was there two days ago). You could then sell a similarly out of the money call and receive a higher premium. If QCOM were at 200 in the beginning of June, say, you could probably get more than 5 bucks for the Jul 250s in that month alone. (Just a guess, depends on a lot of factors.)
