It Could Have a Impact, but maybe too early to tell.

I think Amkor develops its own technology (with 150 patents or pending, and multiple research centers in North America, Europe, and Asia) and partners with other technology leaders, but it also buys a lot of proprietary technology.

Amkor has done substantial work in 3D packaging, I believe, but it's worth exploring.
