ot ot re: (DELL) rest of those turkeys UPGRADED no it's called having all the bad news out already. I happen to agree with the upgrades. DELL had problems that are short term. Just take a look at INTC and how it is doing. I view the action in INTC as proxy for the PC industry that is a number of months ahead of the manufacturers. CPQ is on the mend, HWP sees no problems, IBM is being left behind, low and behold, the PC companies that are the most direct are having problems that show up on the bottom line much faster then the other companies. While DELL will not be barn burner, it will do better then last, and is buy in the 30s. IMHO. Greg---> Own no shares of DELL, own less QCOM want more JDSU.
