4th Q results i hear will be so so. Great canadian, crappy us numbers, the size of the us numbers will drag the whole thing down. Hence the reason for thompson to be in the us to clean up.
Number of changes, reduction in overhead, contracting out of remaining assembly.....all great things to do.
I belive there are a number of announcements in the hopper, obviously none defintiely material since those have to come out right away. I do know of one major contract about to be signed in canada, definitely a multi million dollar deal.
Should you hang on....your call, losses aren't losses in stocks till you realize em....depends on your opportunity cost for other stocks. Due your own DD but my impression is the next few months will see a run up. I have said in the past 7- 8 cdn by february, end that is, and i still think that is the case. 6 month target? assuming the changes in the us start to take effect then i think $10 by end of June or better yet after the announcement of q2 results is a realistic goal.
I do not have rose coloured glasses on, really think it has bottomed out, agree wireless is starting to move and the entouch is starting to move. Main goal, fix us, speed up PD including pitches at some web based integration stuff. If they ignore the power of the web to provide services etc then i would run for the hills at the first pop above 7.
