This is easy.

Andrew Vance has to be cast by the Professor from "Real Genius", the guy with the bunny slippers.

Jeff Mitchell could only be cast by Sidney Fields from "Abbott and Costello".

Finally, Bill Ulrich is the drug dealer played by Gary Oldman in "True Romance".

Well, not finally. I have some thoughts about D.S.G., SE, Nemer, V. and a few others but I have to properly cast such. The above on the other hand were definitely a no-brainer.
