I was thinking of keeping it in Palo Alto so that we didn't have to travel far, but nicolini's would be a fun spot. Do the waiters sing at lunch as well, or only at dinner?
Just a thought -- anybody interested in any other activities? One that comes to mind might be a driving tour of Silicon Valley to see the some of the key company HQs (e.g. Intel, Sun, SGI, Hewlett-Packard, 3Com, Cisco, Bay Networks [now part of Nortel], Apple, Adobe, Quantum, etc., etc., etc., and of course Rambus). It would probably take 2 hours or so. I can't decide whether that would be interesting or boring. If anyone can think of anything else they'd like to do, let me know.
