Slim didn't screw anyone. The BOARD screwed you and the shareholders. They approved the offer. Slim is a business man and like any, will try to get the best deal. The board is scum and will try to get what they can to benefit themselves. I don't see how this benefits shareholders, especially those that bought the stock for $15 a share.
