Anybody can be the guru....you guys just have to pick that person and stick to it. This has nothing to do with Kim....it's about leadership and organization. You guys need a leader...well, some of you do...or you long for a leader...or you just think you need a leader...or something like that. But the truth is, there are at least 10-15 people that hang here, or used to hang here that could fill the position. The hot hand changes every day....because you all allow it to. You spread yourselves out. You pick your own stocks, which is cool, but when the hot hand suggests something, you don't have the buying power available to keep that person the hot hand.

Ahhh, I'm just rambling on......but organization and definite leadership is what is needed here. This place is just a free-for-all. And that's how it was when Kim was still here too. Has nothing to do with Kim
