This statement is big:

"Again, our goal for the Software and Digital Commerce Services division is to
be profitable before depreciation and amortization by December of this year."

They were not supossed to show a profit until sometime in 2001. Now, they are shooting for this year, apples to apples. Like I said the other day, they will be a big winner
after all this is said and done.
