I was amazed at how much premium has been taken out of all the calls. You have to think that someone is out building a nice position for themselves. I think the selling is close to a climax as the stochastics and RSI are getting oversold. In general, I have a 3 day waiting rule after a stock gaps down before buying. It keeps me from saying stupid things like "This stock has to hold $120 or else."

I don't know what the alternative would be. If it goes to the next strike price down, am I supposed to think that the whole story of CDMA and QCOM has gone sour? With all of the growth of CDMA ahead of QCOM (internally with respect to cdmaOne and externally with respect to GSM conversion to UMTS) the number of CDMA royalty opportunities is limitless.
