The day after the State of the Union Address tends to be an up one for the markets over the years. However, the Drug stocks may take it on the chin. Cramer at TheStreet.com speculated this morning that the SotUA may concentrate on tobacco and not hit drugs very hard. That's one man's opinion, at least.
