I think, as a Major Shareholder of K-Mart, I should be able to go into the K-Mart in town over there and ask for one of those big Martha Stewart advertising cut-outs.

For experimenting.

I asked the Home Base down in Medford for the life-size Elvira (with cleavage) for my Dad. (He's always saying, "She the one at Bi-Mart that looks kind of like Elvira.")

Somebody'd already dib-sed it.

"What are you going to do with that Elvira cut-out when Halloween's over?"

She: "I don't know. Throw it away?"

"E-gads. Can I have it? It's got the cleavage, instead of the hair in front."

"You can ask the manager."

"Kay, I'll do that."

Other She: "Somebody already asked for it."

"Really?? How do you know? I'd be embarrassed to ask for that to take home."

"He asked the manager, and wrote his name and number on the back."

Ha-rumph!

What a jerk!

I'm going to go over there and get his name off the back and call him.

The nerve.

I'll embarrass him. If a woman answers, it will be easy. "We have a life size Elvira down here at Home Base waiting for Douglas to come pick it up." If the note says, "Ask for Doug," ~ his ass is grass. If "Doug" answers, I'll tell him it's Store Manager Burt Forster and it's against store policy to participate in "uh....that sort of thing."

And then cross his name out.
