Mike,

BGI is just marking time here. Wouldn't you know that some holders would decide to try and sell into any buying power on the release of news. In time, they will get their wish as this deal, and the deals and drilling to follow, will certainly provide a better financial backdrop than we've had for the past year or so.

One thing about BGI, they provide no hype - just the facts. I believe that it's the presentation of these facts that provided the basis for the agreement with ASL. I wouldn't be surprised if we were to see a similar arrangement with Golden Star within 3 months.

BGI has already stated that they will be the most active explorer in Ghana. That will eventually bring some notice by funds that specialize in mining stocks.

Would be nice to hear what Kaiser is having to say about the recent deal. I'm certain that it will make in onto hi top 20 bottom-feeder list. If that happens, those 200,000+ shares for sale will get eaten up fairly quickly. After all, that only represents about $60,000. In today's markets, that really is small change.

Brian
