They could not even allocate a junk issue like Atlas in any of 3 accounts. I will be optimistic if fbr.com is a underwriter not fbr. fbr.com did underwriting for NTCR so i got. fbr.com gets UPTO 50% from fbr. Note this can techically imply that they even get 0% in some issues.
