I would most appreciate some expert opinions on this one.

ICCC is an itty bitty. Looks bullish to me except for the sector being so high and the short term indicators falling. I get a PO of about 9 1/4. Not sure about the stop price since it's pretty close to support even if it has a double bottom break. Is this not a time to be thinking about buying?

Opinions, please.
